All members of The Business Marketplace Global (“TBMG”) are bound by our members Code of Conduct as amended from time to time.

TBMG membership and its rights are personal to the member and are not transferable.
Eligibility for TBMG membership is subject to our receipt of your completed Membership Application Form and payment in full of the membership fee.
In your Membership Application Form you are required to provide true and correct information. Please provide as much detail as possible so that your application can be assessed.
Once complete, your application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee and a recommendation made to the executive team about your admission to join the TBMG. The executive team will then determine the acceptance or rejection of your application in accordance with the criteria for membership.
Whilst we aim to advise you of the membership application status within approximately one month from submission, in some instances the process may take longer and we will keep you informed if this is the case.
If accepted, your TBMG membership is for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of your annual subscription.
Memberships are not transferable unless the transfer is to another related business entity ad all transfers of membership must be agreed in writing.
Your membership includes:
- 12 monthly Live ‘Blitz Connect’ Events (Via Zoom)
- 1 Annual Business Building Forum & Exhibition
- 4 Quarterly Dinners
- 12 Tune Up Call Sessions (Via Zoom)
- Listing in the TBMG Business Directory
- The Business Marketplace Global Online App (meet-buy-sell-connect)
Maximising your membership:
To get the most out your membership, you should commit to attend our scheduled Monthly Connect events, and our quarterly Business Building meetings.
We ask that you honour this commitment, and inform us at not less than 3 days in advance if you are unable to attend. By attending to TBMG Monthly Connect Events and other Business Building Activities, we can facilitate more business connections for you, learn more about your business and we get to know how we can you develop your business.
Your TBMG membership must be renewed every 12 months and we will send a reminder approximately 2 months before the renewal date.
Your eligibility to renew is subject to your payment of the membership fee and your ongoing compliance with the applicable TMBG policies and procedures.
Direct Debit of Membership Renewal Payment:
You may authorise us to direct debit your nominated account for your membership renewal payment. Please refer to the direct debit authorisation and the Direct Debit Services Agreement for the information applicable to this request.
All renewals paid by direct debit are still subject to the above Membership Renewal requirements.
Refund of Membership Fees:
We only provide refunds of membership fees in very limited circumstances, namely:
- Where exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing your membership;
- If there is a breach of the terms and conditions of membership or our Code of Conduct and TBMG cancels your membership; and
- In any other circumstances where membership is terminated by agreement between the member and TBMG, in TBMG’s ultimate discretion.
